28 ships expected at Lagos ports with petrol, others

The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) said 28 ships are expected to bring in petrol and other goods from Sept. 14 to Sept. 30 at Apapa and Tin Can Island Ports.

Seven of the ships will sail in with petrol.

The remaining 21 ships are carrying buckwheat, general cargo, base oil, ethanol, bulk fertiliser, bulk gypsum, bulk sugar and containers carrying different goods.

According to the NPA, 13 ships have arrived at the ports and are waiting to berth with bulk fertiliser, buckwheat, container and petrol.
