37 ships with petroleum products, food items expected — NPA

The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) says it is expecting 30 ships laden with petroleum products, food items and other goods from Dec. 19 to Jan. 8, 2020.

 The NPA made this known in its publication, `Shipping Position’, a copy of which was made available in Lagos on Friday. 

According to it, the ships are expected to arrive at the Lagos Port Complex.

 The publication said that the ships contained petrol, containers, general cargo, steel pipes, bulk sugar, frozen fish, bulk salt and buck wheat. 

NPA reports that 27 ships had arrived the ports awaiting to berth with containers and fuel. 

It said that 10 other ships were at the ports discharging general cargo, containers, bulk wheat, bulk gypsum, petrol and ammonium.
