Eko Disco opens 4 new customer complaint centres

Eko Electricity Distribution Company says it has opened four additional Customer Complaint Centres (CCC) to fast track dispensation of customer complaints within its areas of operation.

The company’s Head, Media and Communications, Mr Sulaiman Aledeh, made the announcement in a statement issued on Monday in Lagos.

Aledeh said the move brings the existing customer complaint centres within its distribution network to 16.

The centres, he said, would be expected to address issues relating to billing, metering, power supply, faults and other general service enquiries.

According to him, the newly unveiled CCCs are located in Ajele, Ajah, Satelite Town and Ijesha.

Unveiling the centres, Mr Adeoye Fadeyibi, Managing Director, EKEDC, described the development as another demonstration of EKEDC’s avowed commitment to offering quality and excellent customer service in line with standard best practices.

He revealed that the new clusters would help the company stay ahead and give it the cutting edge in its swift and accelerated resolution of customer complaints.

Fadeyibi also promised that the company would continue to enhance the work environment of staff and improve the centres as part of its commitment to promoting a work culture of learning and high performance.

He added that this would, in turn, optimise functions to meet with customer expectations.
