21 ships laden with petroleum products, food items arrive Lagos Ports — NPA

The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) said on Thursday that 21 ships laden with petroleum products, food items and other goods had arrived Lagos Port Complex, waiting to berth.

NPA made this known in its publication, `Shipping Position’, a copy of which was made available in Lagos.

It said that the ships were carrying containers, bulk wheat, petrol and container.

According to the publication, 22 other ships were at the ports discharging general cargo, containers, bulk wheat, bulk sugar, base oil and frozen fish.

The NPA said that 18 ships were expected at the ports with fuel, containers, general cargo, frozen fish, bulk salt, and bulk sugar from Jan. 16 to Feb. 15.
