15 ships discharge petroleum products, other items at Lagos ports

The Nigerian Ports Authority said 15 ships at the Lagos ports were discharging bulk wheat, general cargo, fuel, container, bulk gypsum and frozen fish.

NPA disclosed this in its publication, ‘Shipping Position’, a copy of which was given In Lagos on Monday.

It added that 20 other ships laden with petroleum products, food items and other goods were expected from Dec. 20 to Dec. 28.

According to NPA, the ships are expected to arrive at the Lagos Port Complex.

It indicated that the ships contain general cargo, bulk sugar, base oil, container, truck, frozen fish, bulk wheat and butane gas.

Meanwhile, another three ships that had arrived the ports were waiting to berth with petrol and bulk sugar
