Creditors to prove claims as Rak Unity liquidates

In the matter of the Companies and Allied Matters Act, 2020 and in the matter of Rak Unity Petroleum plc (in liquidation) (rc-51563), notice has been given to Creditors of the Company to come claim their debt.

The creditors are required to submit to the Liquidator proof of their debts or claim against the Company at the office of the Liquidator No 25 Kusenla Road Ikate Eleguisi Lekki Lagos on or before 22nd May 2022.

The creditors could also send by post to the Liquidator so as to reach her not later than the said date, an affidavit proving the debt or claim in the prescribed form with their respective names, addresses and particulars of debt or claim and any other title to priority under section 657 of the Companies & Allied Matters Act 2020.

Any creditor who fails to submit his/her affidavit of proof within the time specified above, is said shall be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved, or as the case may be from objecting to such distribution.
