NPA expects 23 ships carrying petroleum products, others in Lagos ports

The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) on Saturday said 23 ships conveying petroleum products and other goods were expected at Lagos ports from Jan. 14 to 29.

It listed the items expected at the port as bulk sugar, frozen fish, bulk coal, automobile gasoline, jet fuel, bulk urea, base oil, bulk gypsum, general cargo, butane gas, palm oleum, container and petrol.

The NPA also said that 17 ships were already discharging bulk wheat, general cargo, petrol, bulk sugar, container, butane gas and frozen fish.

The authority added that two ships had arrived the port and was waiting to berth with fuel.
