Nigerian ambassador to Morocco, Bamali, buried in Kaduna

The remains of the late Nigerian Ambassador to Morocco, Mansur Bamali, were laid to rest in the ancient City of Zaria, Kaduna State on Friday.
The burial was attended by mourners from within and outside the state, who besieged the Palace of the Emir of Zazzau, to pay their last condolences to the family of the Nigerian envoy described as a perfect gentleman.
The Kaduna state Governor, Senator Uba Sani; Speaker of the House of Representatives, Tajudeen Abbas; the immediate governor of Kaduna state, Nasir El-Rufai; and the Minister of Environment, Balarabe Lawal Abass were among the dignitaries present at the burial.
The late Nigerian envoy and younger brother to the Emir of Zazzau, Ahmed Bamali, died in a private hospital in Lagos.
Until his death, he was the Magajin Garin Zazzau Emirate Council.
Governor Sani, in his tribute, described the late ambassador as a perfect gentleman.
