NACCIMA, OPSN, FEWACCI consoles with President Tinubu, families over NAF aircraft crash in Ondo

The Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA) and the Organized Private Sector of Nigeria (OPSN) have jointly sent their condolences over the 32 people who lost their lives in the Nigerian Air Force aircraft crash near Igbokoda, Ondo State, on Monday, 5 October 2026.

Speaking on behalf of both organisations, Engr. (Dr.) Jani Ibrahim, mni, OON, National President of NACCIMA who also doubles as the President of OPSN, and President, Federation of West African Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FEWACCI) has expressed his heart felt condolences to His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, on this painful national loss.

He said; “We stand with Mr President and the Armed Forces at this difficult time. Our deepest sympathies are with the bereaved families, the Chief of Air Staff and personnel of the Nigerian Air Force, and all others affected by the tragedy. We pray that Almighty God grants the families strength and comfort and that the departed rest in peace.

“NACCIMA and OPSN commend the first responders and all personnel involved in the response.

“We remain united in grief with Mr President, the Armed Forces, and the nation.”
