Supreme Court reserves ruling on Atiku’s request to present fresh evidence against Tinubu

The Supreme Court, on Monday, reserved judgement in the appeal filed by former Vice President Atiku Abubakar challenging the victory of President Bola Tinubu in the February 25 presidential election.
A seven-member panel of the Supreme Court Justices, led by Justice Inyang Okoro, reserved judgement after parties in the appeal adopted their briefs of arguments.
Atiku contested the election under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and is seeking the nullification of the election of President Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) at the apex court based alleged certificate forgery.
