Nigeria’s Oil Production Now 2.3m barrels/day-Kyari

The Group Managing Director(GMD) of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Mele Kyari, has said that Nigeria’s crude oil and condensate production has risen to 2.3million barrels per day.

The GMD said this while appearing on Money Line with Nancy show on the African Independent Television.

He stated,”Oil production as of Sunday, for the first time in many years, rose to 2.3 million barrels per day.

” Our aspiration is to grow production to 3 million barrels per day and we believe that the contribution of local companies in this regard will be meaningful.”
