Lebanese Government To Take Action Against Citizen That Offered Nigerian Girl For Sale

A manhunt has begun for the Lebanese , identified as  Wael Jaro who put a Nigerian girl up for sale in a Facebook post.

The executive officer of the Nigerian Diaspora Commission(NIDCOM ), Honourable Abike Dabiri, disclosed this in a tweet on Wednesday.

According to her,  the Lebanese Ministry of Labour has issued a circular condemning the action of Mr. Wael Jerro, as completely unethical, in contravention of Lebanese laws and against the principles of Human Rights.

The circular further stated that legal action would be taken against him for human trafficking.

Meanwhile the Nigerian mission in Lebanon has also demanded an immediate handover of the victim to the mission unconditionally and, in good health.
