7 vessels conveying diesel, others expected at Delta ports — NPA

The Nigerian Port Authority (NPA) says seven ships conveying diesel and other items are expected at the Delta ports between June 25 and June 30.

NPA disclosed this in its daily publication, ‘Shipping Position’ a copy of which was made available on Wednesday in Warri.

According to the publication, the vessels include MT Tornado, MT SL Aremu, Matrix S Ilu, Orchard and Ihem.

“Seven ships conveying Petroleum, diesel and general cargoes are expected to arrive at the Delta ports between June 25 and June 30,” the authority stated.

The organisation also said that three vessels conveying Petroleum products were waiting at the anchorage to discharge content.

“MT ST Ilhaam conveying 15,000 metric tons of PMS is waiting at the Koko anchorage to discharge products.

“Also, Matrix Triumph and Matrix Pride laden with 15,000 metric tons of PMS each are waiting at the Escravos to offload content,” NPA stated.

The authority further said that two ships: MT Abiola and MT Ozichukwu were waiting at the Fairway Buoy to load 12,000 metric tons of crude oil each.
