FAAN unveils service charter to industry stakeholders

The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria unveiled the authority’s service charter to stakeholders in the aviation and cargo industry on Thursday.

The Managing Director of FAAN, Captain Rabiu Yadudu, at the unveiling of the service charter to stakeholders noted it was a new beginning in the industry.

He said, “The service charter demonstrates our commitment to providing quality service, communication and support.

“We are dedicated in promoting a culture of openness, accountability and would equip our staff to be customer-centric and prioritize safety.”

According to him, efforts must be put in challenging questionable acts in the authority’s service delivery.

Yadudu also noted the recent upgrade and equipment to be installed at the airports.

According to Yadudu, self-service is becoming increasingly prevalent and many of the world’s major airports have implemented them in some form.

He appealed for the understanding of the traveling public as FAAN gears effort in ensuring a seamless facilitation.
