Seplat Energy Plc has commended a former Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of its Remunerations Committee, Mr Xavier Rolet, for his contributions to the company’s journey and transformational vision.
The Chairman of Seplat, Dr ABC Orjiako, commended Rolet as he stepped down from the board, according to a statement.
“We would like to thank Mr Rolet for his contributions and the wealth of experience he brought to the board,” he said.
According to the statement, Rolet joined Seplat’s board on October 1, 2020 as an independent non-executive director of the company.
“He showed great commitment and passion toward Seplat Energy’s journey and our transformational vision. We wish him well in his future endeavours,” Orjiako added.
