Shehu Sani, the Senator representing Kaduna Central has condemned the attack on Mubi town which left 27 people dead.

The state Commissioner of Information and Strategy, Ahmad Sajoh, had confirmed that the 56 injuried persons severely injured were on admission in hospital.

Sajoh said the blast occurred in Kasuwan Gwanjo (second hand clothes market) and a mosque within the market.

The lawmaker described the attack as despicable and evil.

“The suicide bomb attack on a mosque in Adamawa state stands condemned. Its despicable and evil.

“Again, it demonstrated the irreligious lunacy and coloration of terrorism. Both Muslims and Christians are victims,” he said.
