Over 400 Russian citizens kept in Custody in Ukraine

More than 400 Russian Nationals are in custody in Ukraine, Russian Commissioner for Human Rights Tatyana Moskalkova said on Thursday.

“In total, more than 400 Russian citizens are kept in custody, in places of detention in Ukraine,’’ Moskalkova told reporters.

According to the ombudswoman, both she and her Ukrainian counterpart, Commissioner for Human Rights of the VerkhovnaRada Lyudmila Denisova, have reserved the right to supplement lists of detainees that they are planning to visit in Ukraine and Russia, respectively.
