British Airways offers $394 promotional fares for customers

By Aliyu DANLADI

The British Airways (BA) says customers on its Abuja-London route from the Nnamidi Azikwe International Airport (NAIA) will pay a slashed fare of $394 for travel between July 25, 2018 and June 14, 2019.

The British Airways Regional Commercial Manager, Mr Kola Olayinka, said this would be enjoyed as the outbound, for a return trip by its valued customers.

This is contained in a statement signed by Mr Nosakhare Emma-Iyamu of QuadrantMSL Group , the public relations outfit that handles BA affairs.

Kolawole said the minimum airfare for a return-ticket from London to Abuja was usually about $700 per passenger before this promotional fare was introduced.

“This promotional offer from British Airways is to reaffirm our commitment to our loyal and esteemed customers,” Olayinka said.

The airline’s regional manager also said the selling period for the slashed fare had commenced and would be on till Aug. 7, 2018.

He added that the slashed fare would create an ease for travellers who used to fly the Abuja-London route, especially, as they were planning to manage their travel budgets.

He said BA was dedicated to providing a first-class experience to their valued customers using the promotion as an incentive.

TBI Africa reports that BA offered similar incentives to its customers between May and June last year.
