Zamfara residents pay highest bus fare in March – NBS

The National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) says residents of Zamfara State paid the highest bus journey fare within city in March.

The NBS said this in Transport Fare Watch for March, 2019 published on its website.

The bureau said the residents paid N308. 57 followed by residents of Cross River and Abuja who paid N280.00 and N276.67 per bus fare in the month.

The report said the states with lowest bus journey fare within city were Abia (N131.75), Sokoto (N130.50) and Bauchi (N96.16).
