UPDATED: 207 killed as multiple bomb blasts rock churches, hotels, zoo, in Sri Lanka on Easter Sunday, pipe bomb planted at airport

It was a bloody Easter Sunday in Sri Lanka where a series of explosions across the country killed at least 207 people and left hundreds more injured.

Five-star hotels and churches were hit in the coordinated attacks which occured in eight different places.

CNN reports that the victims include citizens from at least eight countries including UK, India, China, Turkey, Netherlands, US and Portugal.

No one or group has taken responsibility for the attacks yet.
