Totalenergies wins 2021 Nigeria content

TotalEnergies PLC has won the 2021 Nigeria Content Contribution Award with its outstanding operations in the country .
The award was Conffered on it in Abuja, on Wednesday at a gala of the Nigeria oil and Gas (NOG)Conference.
Also, the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation(NNPC), Department of Petroleum Resources(DPR), Chevron, Waltersmith group limited among others received industry awards.
The NNPC bagged Transformative Leadership award for the role it played in ensuring the passage of the Petroleum Industry Bill (Bill).
DPR won the excellence award for establishing Nigeria oil and Gas Excellence Centre (NOGEC), marginal oilfield bid rounds to raise money for Federal Government and transforming from a regulator to a business enabler.
Waltersmith Group Limited won the NOG 2021 indigenous Company of the year while Chevron won the Equity and Energy award.
Also, the women in Leadership award was given to Bonga Asset manager, Eloho Aiboni
TBI Africa reports that 2021 NOG has the theme ‘ Fortifying the Nigeria Oil and Gas Industry for Economic Stability and Growth.
