Justice Inyang Ekwo gave the order in a ruling on a motion filed by Adedoyin through his lawyer, Kule Adegoke (SAN).After listening to Adegoke move the motion, Justice Ekwo issued an order directing the IGP to take to or allow the applicant to access quality medical facilities of his choice pending the conclusion of the investigation and possible arraignment or pending determination of the fundamental rights enforcement application filed for the applicant.
