Adetayo Adegbemle, Executive Director, C4GG gave the commendation in a statement in Lagos

It would be recalled that on January 18, His Excellency, Senator Ademola Adeleke, the Governor of Osun State, reeled out his target promise in his first 100days in office, and these includes provision of portable water in 332 communities in the State, free enrollment of 3000 Osun State indigenes in the National Health Insurance Scheme, rehabilitation of 332 primary health care centers, complete renovation of 30 schools each in local government and area council of the State, and rehabilitation of Nine major roads per federal constituency.

Considering the state that the previous Government left Osun Finances, this is clearly an ambitious promise, but one that definitely and ultimately benefit the good people of Osun State that has put their trust in this Government.

The good people of Osun, no doubt, deserves the best in governance, and these are the foundation blocks that will encourage good business environment, further set the tone to strengthen public institutions, and encourage public trust in the leadership of the State.

In line with our objectives, it is our joy and prayer that the Government is able to deliver these promises, and we will be on hand to continue to demand transparency and accountability to the people of Osun State.
