Naira swap policy: Supreme Court to rule on March 3

News reaching TBI Africa indicated that the Supreme Court has fixed judgment in suits filed by some States against the naira swap policy of the Federal Government for March 3.
It was gathered that the nine-member panel led by Justice John Okoro announced the date after taking final arguments from lawyers to parties in the case.
Recall that the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has insisted that the policy prohibiting the use of old ₦500 and ₦1000 notes still stands
