Saudi Arabia appointed Energy Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman as minister of industry and mineral resources in addition to his current role, state news agency SPA reported on Saturday, citing a royal order.
According to Reuters report, the royal order removed Bandar Alkhorayaf from his post as minister of industry and mineral resources, appointed him minister of state and tasked him with overseeing the General Authority for Military Industries, SPA said.
