COVID-19: Enugu State government benefit from Oilserv 100m palliative

Sequel to the Oilserv Group donations and support to host communities in the fight against the Coronavirus and to provide palliative to the teeming populace, the company took another great step by donating medical supplies to the Enugu state government to help cushion the effect of the pandemic in the state.

Oilserv boss, Engr. Emeka Okwuosa on Friday presented the Enugu State Government and people with Medical supplies and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in furtherance of Oilserv Group support and part of her  Corporate Social Responsibilty (CSR) initiatives.

The items were received by the Governor, His Excellency, Gov. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi at the Enugu state house. The governor commended Oilserv for her kind initiative and support to the state and advised everyone to take caution, adhere to the guidelines by NCDC and stay safe.

Okwuosa, the Chairman of Oilserv also commended the governor on his indefatigable effort and determination to keep Enugu State safe at this time of COVID-19 pandemic.

He also reaffirmed his company support to the state government and mentioned that their thoughts and prayers are with those affected by COVID-19 and the healthcare workers on the frontlines battling to contain the outbreak.

The donated items include:

2. FFP2 FDA Approved Mask (400 nos)
3. Nitrile Protective & Disposable PVC hand glove (10,000 nos.)
4. Transparent Medical Face Shield (200 nos)
5. Disposable Non-woven Protective suit made with breathable film (200 nos)
6. Neutral Infrared Thermometer (50 nos)
7. Facial and Temperature Monitor Facial and Temperature Monitor / Camera with Accessories and Brackets (1 nos)
8. COVID-19 Rapid Test Kit (200 nos)
9. Alcohol based hand sanitizer (70ml) – 500 nos
10. Alcohol based hand sanitizer (125ml) – 360 nos
11. Alcohol based hand sanitizer (500ml) – 120 nos
12. Alcohol based hand sanitizer (5 Litres) – 60 nos
13. Antiseptic liquid hand wash (600ml) – 180 nos
