BREAKING: Super Eagles out of AFCON 2021, lose to Tunisia

The Super Eagles of Nigeria is out of the ongoing African Cup of Nations, AFCON, going on in Cameroon.

They lost 0-1 to Tunisia.

Youssef M’Sakni scored the only and winning goal for Tunisia at the 47th minute of the match.

The Tunisian’s shot taken from outside the box beat Maduka Okoye, the Super Eagles goalkeeper.

A tension soaked match, it saw Alex Iwobi sent out with a red card barely few minutes after he came into the field in the second half.

Spirited efforts by the Super Eagles to equalize was fruitless.
