11 ships discharging buckwheat and other commodities in Lagos ports

Eleven ships conveying fertiliser and other commodities have berthed at Apapa and Tin-Can Island ports in Lagos, the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) said on Thursday.

The authority said in its daily publication, Shipping Position, that the vessels were already discharging their consignments at the ports.

According to it, one of the vessels is discharging 190 metric tonnes of buckwheat.

It said that 10 ships were discharging container, general cargo, bulk sugar, platinum and bulk fertiliser.
