5 female varsity students kidnapped in Katsina

About five female students of the Federal University, Dutsin-ma (FUDMA) Katsina State, have been kidnapped by some suspected terrorists.
A credible source in the area confirmed the abduction of the students and said they were abducted in their residence located behind Mariamoh Ajiri Memorial International School at about 2:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
The state Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Abubakar Sadiq Aliyu, has confirmed the abduction of the students and said the police have arrested some suspects in connection with the incident.
He added that an investigation is ongoing to unravel the occurrences of the incident and to rescue the kidnapped victims.
