Continental Hotels Nigeria is championing youth development in the hospitality industry through its comprehensive training programs and mentorship initiatives .
Speaking at the International Hospitality Tourism and Eco-Sustainability Forum (IHTEF) Africa Hotel Expo, hosted by Abuja , Karl Hala, Group General Manager of the company, emphasized the importance of investing in the youth and providing them with opportunities to grow and develop in the hospitality industry.
The Continental Hotel Group manages both Lagos and Abuja Continental with it’s rising profile over the years .
He said the company’s approach to talent development is holistic, focusing on both technical skills and soft skills.

He believes that Nigeria has the potential to become a hub for hospitality excellence, with young Nigerians being trained and mentored to become leaders in the industry adding let’s invest not just in rooms and restaurants – but in resilience and relevance.
According to him ,the company’s commitment to youth development is evident in its training programs and mentorship initiatives. Continental Hotels Nigeria’s vision is to create a future where Nigerian hospitality professionals are recognized globally for their excellence.
