Rev Mother Esther Ajayi to commission church in Lagos

The Founder of the Love of Christ Generation Church C&S (Worldwide), Rev. Mother Esther Abimbola Ajayi, says her newly-built church by Cappa and D’Alberto Plc situated at the Oniru axis of Victoria Island in Lagos will be commissioned on September 5, 2021.

Ajayi made this declaration during a news conference organised in the Church premises on Friday in Lagos.

According to her, we are here today to tell the world that on September 5, 2021, we shall be commissioning our church for use.

“The inauguration of the church is expected to attract and yield impressive turnout as gospel leaders from all over the world, as well as political leaders are expected to grace the occasion,” the cleric said.

While reacting to questions regarding how fund was raised to build the gigantic edifice, the philanthropic cleric explained that when God is on a mission, the task at hand becomes so easy to achieve, saying that God is still in the business of helping people.

She admonished Christian faithful to be steadfast and committed to whatever they do.

Ajayi noted that, “If God doesn’t build a house, whosoever does will build in vain. The hall of the white edifice has a capacity of 4000 seats, and a gallery to conveniently cater for 3000 guests.

“Other sections of the building include a printing Press, sewing room, Gym center, Clinic,  swimming pool and an event centre that will be accessible to members of the church at all times. ”

She applauded the Lagos State Government for being supportive towards having a successful inauguration come September, 2021.

Ajayi urged fellow believers not to lose guard but to continue to do the bidding of Christ because as children of God, we are not of the world but we live in this world.

Responding to questions on insecurity, the cleric said she would continue to pray for Nigeria.

“Any day I pray and I don’t pray for Nigeria, I told God not to answer my prayer,” she said.

She acknowledged that no country is perfect, saying that Nigeria would also come out strong from its challenges.

The Husband to Rev. Ajayi, Rev. (Dr) Olumuyiwa Ajayi thanked Lagos Journalists for trooping out in large numbers to give the occasion a face-lift.

” I want to thank God for a successful meeting and it is my prayer that God will bless you all as we look forward to receiving you on September 5, 2021 at the commissioning of our Church.
